Ideal for very high production, the EMP3000 produces an impressive 3000 water-based pops per hour. Engineered to operate with a glycol and water mix at temperatures as low as -25°C, this versatile machine can be up and running in just 45 minutes, depending on the freezing solution and environment.

Production efficiency is enhanced through semi-automation utilizing a pneumatic piston that shifts molds for optimal freezing. The EMP3000 model operates with three-phase electric compatibility and employs a water-cooling system. To maximize cooling efficiency, the integration of an Emerymark cooling tower is highly recommended. For added convenience, remote cooling is available through special order.
