A virtual start-up is necessary to help a customer initiate the first use of their machine properly. A virtual start-up is required for warranty purposes.

What is a virtual start up?

   A virtual start up is between your sales rep and yourself or your kitchen staff. It will take us roughly 1-2 hours to go over the machine. 

We will go over the assembly, cleaning, and functions of the machine together. We will train you on the assembly of the auger, blades, and dispatcher door. Once we have the machine assembled and sanitized we will run the first batch together.
